Skills that actually do things
Give a character a skill and it stops guessing: it looks things up, finds places, reads what you send it, and keeps track of the plan.

A skill is something a character knows how to do. Equip one and the answers stop being plausible-sounding and start being checked.
What they can reach
Search the web. Find somewhere to eat and hold a table. Read a document you send. Keep a schedule, track a plan, build a packing list and a day-by-day itinerary for a trip.

Your own accounts, if you want
Connect a cloud drive, mail or a calendar and a skill can work with what is already there — the files and the dates you actually have, rather than ones you have to re-type.
A market, and you can publish to it
Skills live in a market you can browse by what they do, or by how they behave — some wait to be asked, others reach out on their own. If you make a character, you can publish skills for it too.
